Hi, I’m Sara
and I have ADHD too.
My story and purpose.
I struggled for years with depression, anxiety, and a sense of overwhelm. Despite studying mindfulness and trying countless coaching programs, I still couldn't find the inner peace and happiness desired. That's when I discovered I have ADHD, a condition that often goes undiagnosed in women and causes significant anxiety and depression. I realized that traditional coaching programs with their 'just try harder' mentality weren't working for me, and they likely weren't working for other ADHDers either.
As a certified life and health coach, I'm passionate about helping women with ADHD unlock their full potential without feeling overwhelmed.
